HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.  Visit the Sweepstakes page, https://www.nobuhotels.com/30-year-sweepstakes/, during the Sweepstakes period to register by completing the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Nobu Hotels reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that submits more than one entry.
ELIGIBILITY:
Entry in these Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of and agreement to these Sweepstakes rules (the “Sweepstakes Rules”). These Sweepstakes Rules exempt Nobu Hotels and other persons from liability and contain other important provisions. If you do not agree with each provision of these rules, you may not participate in the Sweepstakes.  Employees, officers, and directors of Nobu Hotels and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, marketing agencies, website providers, webmasters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win the Grand Prize. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of countries where laws do not prohibit individuals from entering such Sweepstakes (excluding residents from Quebec, Canada) who have reached the age of 21 at the date of entry. Sweepstakes participants from countries where laws prohibit individuals from entering such Sweepstakes cannot participate. Individuals from Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, Czech Republic cannot participate in the Sweepstakes.  US participants from the states of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.  Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Nobu Hotels’ and/or Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

GRAND PRIZE:
Exactly one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The prize winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize consists of:

• • • One (1) three (3) night stay for two (2) adults at one Nobu Hotel of their choosing (total value of up to $2,500)
    • Daily Breakfast for two (2) guests at the selected hotel (valued at $300)
    • One (1) Nobu Omakase Dinner for two (2) guests at the selected hotel (valued at $600 per dinner)

Total approximate value of all prize elements: US$3,400 

All components of the prize have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary value. The prize is non-transferable. Other terms and conditions may apply.  Overnight stay is subject to availability at the time of booking and certain blackout restrictions apply. Travel must be completed one year from the date of contest commencement (December 31, 2025).  The stay must be redeemed in full during a single visit to the selected hotel and cannot be split across multiple dates. Participating properties include Atlanta, Barcelona, Chicago, Ibiza Bay, Las Vegas, London Portman, London Shoreditch, Los Cabos, Marbella, Marrakech, Miami Beach, Palo Alto, San Sebastian, Santorini, and Warsaw.  All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to; ground transportation, airfare, personal charges at lodging, telecommunication charges, security fees, dining, tours & excursions, spa experiences, purchases made at the destination or other expenses or incidentals are not included and are the responsibility solely of the Winner.  The Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining documents necessary for their respective international travel (i.e. passport and visa if applicable).  The Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize receipt and/or use.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: 
The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about November 4, 2024, from all valid entries received during the Sweepstakes Period and will be notified within thirty (30) days of the drawing date via email, phone, or certified mail. The drawing process will utilize a random number generator to select the prize winner from a list of all entries. If for any reason the potential Prize Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable attempt has been made, at the sole discretion of Nobu Hotels, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing among remaining eligible entries.

GENERAL:
Sweepstakes entrants agree to these Official Rules and to all decisions of Nobu Hotels, which are final and legally binding in all respects, and further agree that the Prize is awarded upon the condition that the Sweepstakes entities, and the respective parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees or agents shall have no liability whatsoever and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death, sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prize or the participation in the Sweepstakes.

Any entrant who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice to enter the Sweepstakes in violation of these Official Rules may be disqualified by Nobu Hotels in its sole discretion.  Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries made by, or associated with, the applicable entrant.  In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account provided in connection with the entry, as of the actual time of entry, will be deemed to be the entrant.  The “authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, education, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  A selected or potential winning “authorized account subscriber” may be required to provide Nobu Hotels with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the applicable entry.

To the extent permitted by law, Nobu Hotels is not responsible or liable, jointly or severally, for any of the following: (1) lost, late, illegible, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, or misdirected, invalid or incomplete entries, notifications, responses, replies or releases; (2) computer, online, telephone, hardware, software or technical malfunctions that may occur, including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of an entry; or (3) incorrect or inaccurate information (including entrants’ e-mail addresses), whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes. Nobu Hotels reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw, cancel, modify, amend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (including these Sweepstakes Rules), in whole or in part, in any way, at any time, for any reason (including reasons beyond the control of Nobu Hotels), without prior notice or any liability to any person. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Sweepstakes Rules, which are posted on nobuhotels.com and made available by Nobu Hotels throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Nobu Hotels reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be: (1) violating the Sweepstakes Rules; (2) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (3) violating the terms of service, conditions or use and/or general rules or guidelines of any Nobu Hotels property or service; and/or (4) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage the Nobu Hotels brand or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Nobu Hotels reserves the right to seek remedies and damages including but not limited to criminal prosecution.

Should any provision of these Official Rules be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the other provisions of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect. In the event that the Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority (including but not limited to any federal provincial or state governmental authority), Nobu Hotels reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes, as applicable, or to disqualify any Sweepstakes entrants residing in any affected geographic areas, as applicable.

Acceptance of The Sweepstakes Rules 
If any provision of these Sweepstakes Rules is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect. This Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.  These Sweepstakes Rules are subject to change for any reason and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person.  Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes irrevocable acceptance and agreement to all these Sweepstakes Rules.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Nobu Hotels, their partners and employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and advertising, and PR promotional agencies from any and all damages, injuries, illnesses, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind resulting from your participation in this Sweepstakes.
