Nobu Chicago

The Nobu Chicago menu is defined by the inspired flavors and innovative dishes mastered by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, influenced by his years of working in Tokyo and South America. Blending elements of Japanese and Peruvian, cuisine, the menu features signature dishes including Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Sashimi, and Rock Shrimp Tempura alongside bold cocktails and creations alongside bold cocktails and creations unique to Nobu Chicago.

Located on the ground floor, Nobu Chicago feels connected to the vibrant energy of the Fulton Market neighborhood and Randolph Street’s prestigious dining scene. Tucked away in the dining room behind black slatted walls lies the Sushi Bar, offering a more personal dining experience where you can watch our chefs prepare our iconic cuisine in an open kitchen.

On November 10th, A la carte brunch will be served in the main dining room during normal brunch hours.
On November 17th, buffet brunch will start in the main dining room on Sundays only.
