  • Your Nobu experience begins at 4:00 pm CST with check-in and concludes at 11:00 am CST on your day of departure.

  • Please present the credit card utilized for your booking and a valid ID upon arrival. Should you wish to modify your payment method, adjustments can be made at check-in.

  • A daily hold of $200 USD will be placed for incidentals, refundable upon check-out if unused. The release period may vary depending on your banking institution.

  • We warmly welcome your pets as cherished members of your family. We accommodate pets up to 25 lbs, with a maximum of two pets per room. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 USD will be added to your stay for each pet. Please inform us at [email protected] before your arrival if you’ll be accompanied by your pet.

  • Cancellation is flexible up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival.

  • Overnight valet parking is offered at $82 per night, complete with in-and-out privileges, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

  • Certainly, our complimentary PM turndown service is part of our commitment to your comfort.

  • A select number of suites can connect to Deluxe Rooms, enhancing your stay with additional space. While we strive to accommodate these requests, connecting rooms are subject to availability and can be requested when booking your stay.
