Nobu Hospitality, in partnership with property developer Salboy, has announced plans for a £360 million landmark development in Manchester, featuring a hotel, restaurant, and the UK’s first Nobu-branded residences. Named Viadux 2, the 76-storey tower will be the tallest building outside London at 246 metres, bringing Nobu’s signature luxury hospitality and world-class dining to the city. The development will include 160 hotel rooms, sophisticated event spaces, and a Nobu restaurant and bar, all reflecting the brand’s minimalist design. Additionally, 452 Nobu residences will mark the brand’s entry into the UK’s luxury real estate market, offering refined Japanese-inspired interiors, premium amenities such as an exclusive swimming pool, spa, podium garden, and gym, along with Nobu dining and room service, providing an unparalleled urban living experience.
