  • Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at noon. We’ll always do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests.

  • At Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, we welcome pets in guest rooms and suites, in The Lounge, and on Nobu Terrace. Please note that a single fee of £40 for a hypoallergenic cleaning will be charged for the duration of your stay. Pets will always need to be on a lead in public areas and pets are not allowed to be left alone in the rooms without their owners.

  • Valet parking is available at £85 per 24 hours in a secure car park. Please CONTACT US in advance to arrange this service.

  • Yes, we warmly welcome families. Two of our accommodations, the Deluxe Family Balcony Room and the Two Bedroom Family Suite offer dedicated children’s amenities, including bathrobes, slippers, and soft toys. Popcorn machines and a PlayStation 5 are also available upon request.
