The Women of Nobu

Here at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, we have a great team that are the ones behind making your visit so special. This month we would like to highlight some of the amazing women within the business, introducing you to them and their roles within the business. Each week we will introduce a member of the team.

First up is Anna Sbraccia, Guest Reservations Agent

1. What is your role at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square and how long have you worked here for? I am a Senior Guest Reservations Agent; I joined in June 2022.
2. What’s your favourite part of your job? Hospitality is my passion; I was so young when I started! In an industry based on experience, I like thinking that what I do (regardless of the role) might be making the difference in someone’s day. And this is also such a dynamic industry to work in that there’s always something to learn.
3. How do you motivate yourself for the week ahead on a Monday morning? I don’t really have a mantra or a specific ritual but, when in need, my favourite poem helps, Invictus – mainly the bit where it says, “It matters not how strait the gate, how charged with punishments the scroll, I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.” And of course, a strong black Nespresso (this is a lie, I usually take more than one!), a chocolate croissant and my favourite playlist for the best vibes!
