The Big Egg Hunt

We have partnered with The Portman Estate and Elephant Family Charity to make Easter eggs-tra special in 2025. The Elephant Family is hiding 120 decorated egg sculptures in iconic locations across London as part of a free public art exhibition that takes place over five weeks, from March 24 to April 27. At the heart of the Big Egg Hunt is a noble mission to generate vital funds for on-the-ground projects, championed by the Royal charity, Elephant Family.

Members of the public will be able to virtually “collect the eggs” they find, ticking them off on a free app which is set to reveal prizes along the way. When the exhibition ends, these incredible sculptures will be auctioned to raise vital funds for Elephant Family. Visitors collecting the Nobu Hotel Egg will receive a 10% discount in the Nobu Bar.

The Artist – Caio Locke

The egg located at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square has been created by artist Caio Locke. Shaped between his life in Britain and a strong connection to Brazil, Caio Locke interweaves interior and exterior worlds in the setting of his painted surreal cities. Architecture and geometric or curvilinear structure lend a space in which he explores his personal preoccupations with philosophy, culture, history, imagination concepts of the future.
