An open-air layout with floor-to-ceiling windows and an expansive patio blend indoors and outdoors seamlessly. In the evening, ambient lighting and the sound of the waves offer an incomparable backdrop for your dining experience.

The menu—an attraction in itself—is defined by the inspired flavors and innovative dishes mastered by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Drawing inspiration from Japanese and South American flavors, it features signature dishes including Black Cod Miso, Rock Shrimp Tempura, and Yellowtail Sashimi, along with California-inspired exclusives and seasonal dishes.

Reservations for Nobu Malibu are available by phone, and can only be booked up to one month in advance to the exact calendar date. Guests of Nobu Ryokan Malibu are granted preferred reservations through our concierge.
