Inspired by the blooming Sakura flower, Nobu Bar offers signature Nobu dishes paired with a Japanese-inspired botanical cocktail menu, featuring ingredients including gerinmacha tea, yuzu skin, sansho pepper, and the beautiful sakura flower. This exclusive menu is a collaboration between Nobu Hotel Marbella and House of Suntory’s Roku Gin.

The bar’s design is inspired by nature, drawing on the organic elements of Japanese flora and fauna. Nobu Bar offers the perfect prelude to an exceptional dining experience or the conclusion to a night well spent in the nearby buzz of La Plaza.
