Nobu

Discover classics by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, renowned for his inventive Nobu Style, with dishes including Sushi Selection, Lobster ‘Risotto’, and Pear Strudel with vanilla ice cream.

Sea Grill

Legendary Sea Grill is your gastronomic port of call, with an award-winning wine cellar, and Mediterranean cuisine including Truffled Burrata with cherry tomato, Josper Sea bream, and Crème Brûlée.

COYA

An immersive journey for the senses, with innovative dishes including Guacamole with corn tortillas, Salmon tartar, and Josper Octopus before ending on a sweet note with Orange and lime churros.

El Pimpi Marbella

Brimming with Andalusian charm, El Pimpi offers contemporary and traditional Spanish favourites like artisan cheeses, cured meats, fried fish as well as seasonal recipes, enjoyed in a captivating setting, accompanied by live music.

GAIA

Discover dishes like whole Sea bream ‘Tsipoura’ carpaccio, and Kritharaki Orzo seafood pasta, created under the expert guidance of Chef Izu Ani and Chef Orestis Kotefas, where every bite tells a story of Greek Mediterranean traditions.
