Blending elements of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, the menu features signature dishes including Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Sashimi, and Rock Shrimp Tempura alongside offerings unique to Palo Alto, including California-inspired plates and exclusive sakes.

The dining room features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to our terrace, with comfortable, street-side seating. The restaurant’s sushi bar offers limited seating with a front-row view of our chefs crafting Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s iconic cuisine. The sushi bar also hosts exclusive dining experiences, including a six-course Omakase lunch.
