In 2023, we introduced the inaugural Nobu Residences in Los Cabos, not only as places to stay but as distinct homes embodying the quintessence of Nobu in the design and ethos. With 11 other residential projects in our global pipeline, spanning Toronto, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Danang, Khobar, Cairo, North Coast Egypt, Punta Cana, Tulum, Orlando, and São Paulo, Nobu is solidifying its presence in the luxury branded residence sphere. These residences offer an exclusive curated experience, providing purposeful design, elevated amenities including Nobu dining and room service, and unparalleled access to the world of Nobu as well as the surrounding area through a dedicated experience team.

This year, Nobu Residences Los Cabos welcomed residents to 60 exclusive homes adjacent to Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, offering impressive views of the neighboring, championship golf course. In Toronto, Nobu Residences Toronto, located in the heart of the entertainment district, began hosting residents in November. Rising 45 stories above the city, the two towers boast 658 residential units, 36 luxury hotel suites, and a Nobu restaurant on the ground floor, providing panoramic views of the Toronto skyline in a dynamic and vibrant setting.

Looking ahead to 2025 and beyond, our footprint is expanding in the Middle East with developments in Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Khobar, Saudi Arabia. In Northern Africa, two new projects are emerging in Cairo and Egypt’s enchanting North Coast. In Danang, Vietnam, Nobu Residences will grace a 43-story tower, the highest building in the Central City, offering world-class dining and entertainment. Additionally, projects are underway in Tulum, Mexico, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and Orlando, Florida, serving as second and third homes for many North American clients.
