Nobu Toronto’s menu is defined by the inspired flavors and innovative dishes mastered by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, influenced by his years of working in Tokyo and his extensive travels. Blending elements of Japanese and Peruvian, cuisine, the menu features signature dishes including Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Sashimi, and Rock Shrimp Tempura alongside bold cocktails and some unique dishes found only in Toronto.

Crafted by the award-winning design collective STUDIO MUNGE, you’ll be warmly welcomed with striking design elements, including a centerpiece chandelier inspired by overlapping kimono fabrics, a striking sake bar, an immersive sushi bar, and an intimate terrace reminiscent of serene urban Japanese gardens.
