  • To reach Nobu Hotel Atlanta, drive to Phipps Drive NE, where the front entrance and valet access are located in front of Lifetime and Citizens Market. If you’re parking yourself, continue to the end of Phipps Drive NE to access the parking garage. Once inside, turn right on the P3 level, and you’ll find a black wall with the Nobu sign and glass doors. Reserved hotel guest parking is located in front of these doors. After parking, enter through the glass doors and take the elevators directly to the lobby.

    A typical hotel room uses approximately 30-50 gallons of water per day for housekeeping, including laundry of linens and towels.

    Turndown service often requires additional energy for lighting and cooling during the cleaning process. Combined with laundry energy reductions hotels can see overall energy savings of up to 20-30% per room.

    REDUCED WASTE
    Each turndown service can generate waste from discarded toiletries and other amenities. Minimizing these services helps reduce overall waste, contributing to lower landfill volumes.

  • Yes, Nobu Hotel is pet-friendly! We welcome your furry friends to join you during your stay. There are also many parks nearby, providing plenty of space for walks and playtime.

    To ensure the safety of our guests, as well as the safety of your pet, please review the pet policy. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be applied to your bill upon check-in. This covers the extra cleaning process provided to keep our furry friends healthy and happy. All guests traveling with a pet must present a valid credit card upon check-in and a signed pet agreement form.

    Pets are not allowed in any of the Food and Beverage outlets, pool areas, bars, and gym area. For more information, please call our front desk.

  • No, the hotel does not offer day passes for pool access as our facilities and amenities are for hotel guests only.

  • Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur an additional cost.

  • There is a daily hold of $200 for incidentals. This allows you to bill charges from any hotel outlet to your room. Any amount that is not used will be refunded to your card upon check-out. Please allow 7 – 14 business days for the refund to reflect on the credit card/bank statements.
