At Nobu Hotel Santorini, guests can indulge in a specially curated Sunset Menu for two, featuring Nobu’s iconic dishes like the tantalizing Yellowtail Jalapeño and Spinach Salad with Dry Miso. To elevate the atmosphere even further, our resident DJ sets the mood with soothing beats every Thursday through Sunday, beginning at 5:00 pm and continuing into the evening.

The Sunset By The Pool experience is €180 for two people, which includes a sunbed reservation and a sunset menu.
